Synopsis
Trouble rides a black horse and wears a cowboy hat. In order for Mayse Farrell to claim her inheritance, she must follow the dictates of her father’s will and meet the time line he set forth ... marrying within twelve weeks of the reading and producing a male child within eighteen months thereafter. If she doesn’t, not only will she lose her share of fifty million dollars but her twin sister, Jayse, will as well.
She doesn't need the money from the inheritance, she's financially stable in her own right but Jayse does. Her sister is more fragile and vulnerable than most and Mayse will do anything to protect her from life's cruelty. Even if it meant going against everything she stands for and follows her father's demands he set up in the will.
And so she tries. It's bad enough her father is trying to run her life from the grave, but the man she hires to carry out the stipulations of her father’s will says yes to her proposal then breaks all the rules she sets down.
