Synopsis

After two bodies are dumped at the Starlight Lounge, Harlowe Montgomery becomes suspicious when one man’s name, Clyborne Breen, keeps popping up at every turn in what she tries to do.

Her suspicions escalate when she finds that same man wants her dead and a contract is put out on her. She comes face-to-face with Breen when she puts a daring rescue in place for a woman he is keeping against her will. With a weapon at her temple, she waits for the click of the trigger. She closes her eyes and prays for a rescue of her own.
